Higgins said investigators learned that several weeks prior to Robin's murder, Courville purchased a gun for Brandon Boutte, who has been charged with second-degree murder for Robin's death.
Twenty-five-year-old Boutte, of St. Martinville, was arrested for simple arson after Robin's home in Catahoula was burnt. His grandfather, 62-year-old Donald Boutte, was also arrested on one count each of obstruction of justice and accessory after the fact to second-degree murder. Toby Boutte, 22, was also arrested on one count of accessory after the fact of second-degree murder.
