A woman was jogging around the LSU lakes, and was stopped by a man who said he was pledging for a fraternity, and must flash 100 women. He claimed there was a way for him to get extra points, also.

According to The Advocate, the woman was jogging around the LSU lakes on August 11th when she noticed a van pass her by several times. A man stopped by her, and said he was pledging for a fraternity, and he would gain "extra points" if she would put his hand by his penis for a picture. As the woman moved away from the vehicle, the man flashed his penis.

Police identified the man from several police reports as Charles Jeremy Harrison, 32, of Denham Springs. The woman also identified Harrison in a 6 person photographic line-up. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

LSU was unable to determine if Harrison was a student.
