The results may surprise you. The survey indicates men plan to spend twice as much as women, more than $200. Women plan to spend about $99. Couples were also asked to rate themselves on their romantic efforts. Men gave themselves an average of 7, on a scale of 1-10. Women, a 6. Men are also reportedly more romantic than women.
