Where’s The Best Place To Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day?

American's love surveys, and ranking things. In my humble opinion they should be taken with a grain of salt. Who commissioned it? What are they trying to sell? St. Patrick's Day is Friday. Wallet Hub has released a list of the 200 best & worst places to celebrate. Four cities in New York state ( #1 Buffalo, #12 Rochester, #21 Yonkers, #29 Syracuse) are listed in the top 30. The survey was clearly not conducted this week. Parades in those municipalities are likely to either be cancelled, or feature dog sleds & snowmobiles in lieu of floats. New Orleans in ranked #42. Really?? NOLA has a sizeable Irish population. Besides, it's a great place to celebrate nearly any holiday. Lafayette isn't listed at all! I guess they don't know about Patty in the Parc.
