A recent study took a look at foods, activities and lifestyles that are associated with living longer. Surprise! Coffee and alcohol topped the list.

If you were thinking about cutting back on your coffee and alcohol consumption you might want to think again. According to KPLC, “people who drank moderate amounts of alcohol or coffee lived longer than those who abstained".

The study also found out some interesting information weight and a persons lifespan. Study participants in their 70's who were overweight lived longer than the participants who were underweight.

So, eat and drink up, but remember everything in moderation!
