[UPDATE] Dad Says Authorities Visited After Video Response To Daughter’s Facebook Post Goes Viral

When this dad, Tommy Jordan, posted his video rant about his daughter's facebook post, he didn't expect it to get as many views as it did (21 MILLION in FIVE days). He also didn't expect to get a visit from authorities. Child Protective Services visited Jordan, and interviewed both he and his daughter separately. The police also stopped by. But don't worry! All is good in the Jordan house! His daughter was even offered a job!

“The police by the way said ‘Kudos, sir,’ ” Jordan wrote. "I actually had a "thank you" from an entire detectives squad. And another police officer is using it in a positive manner in his presentation for the school system. How’s about those apples? Didn’t expect THAT when you called the cops did you?”

Police say that Jordan lives out of the city limits and is out of their jurisdiction. Officials also say that no laws were broken, so they will not be investigating any further. Jordan commented further, light heartedly saying:

"...if he had to do it again he would, 'Not be smoking a cigarette ... not have used the word "ass" in my comment directed at my daughter ... would have worn my Silverbelly Stetson, not my Tilley hat if I'd known that image was going to follow me the rest of my life and I'd probably have cleaned my boots.'"

And a local coffee and ice cream shop saw the video and offered his daughter a job!
