Parents Sue 30-Year-Old Son To Evict Him [Video]

A New York couple took their 30-year-old son to court after he refused to move out of their home.

Inside Edition told the story of Mark and Christina Rotondo who had no other choice than to take their son, Michael, to court after numerous attempts to evict him from their home.

You might think, what kind of parents would do that to their child? They claim that Michael didn't pay rent, nor contribute to the household. Not even "chores" were done. They claim that he was free-loading off of them. You see him filling his water bottle with the courts water pitcher.

Michael, who is a father himself, claims that he has no money and nowhere to go. He lost custody and visitation rights to his child.

Ultimately, the judge of the courtroom, New York State Supreme Court Judge Donald Greenwood, sided with the parents and ordered Michael to vacate the premises.
