That is NOT a noise you want to hear...like ever.

This woman was doing a home workout, recording her efforts. Along the way, you hear a very audible snap, as she starts screaming out expletives and limps to her recliner. The snap comes about 30 seconds into the video.

Her son then comes to check on her, obviously concerned for his mother. She tells him to get her some ice. This kid smartly grabs an ice pack that is clearly used for just this type of injury.

I'll tell you this much, it's not a sound I want to ever hear in person. It's cause for immediate concern.
