For the first time in six years, the LSU Tigers will host a college football game that begins in the morning.

The SEC announced on Monday that LSU will play host to the Arkansas Razorbacks on Saturday, November 11th at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, La., with kickoff time set for 11 am.

The last time LSU hosted a morning kickoff game was Oct. 1, 2011 when the Tigers defeated the Kentucky Wildcats, 35-7.

19th-ranked LSU, who plays at Alabama on Saturday night, is currently 6-2, overall, and 3-1 in SEC play, while Arkansas, who hosts coastal Carolina on Saturday, is 3-5, and 1-4, respectively.

The tigers have Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Texas A&M remaining on their 2017 regular season schedule.
