Louisiana Woman Tries To Con Crime Lab Into Trashing Her Toxicology Tests

Jana Pourciau, a 23 year old Maringouin woman, was arrested for DWI earlier this month. She thought she was clever when she tried to con the crime lab into trashing her toxicology tests!

Wow! KATC reports:

State police say on Tuesday, Pourciau called the crime lab from her cell phone, used a fake name, and claimed to be from the 18th Judicial District Court. Officials say Pourciau told lab officials that the toxicology samples could be "because the case had been dismissed and was not going to be prosecuted."

 

She also sent an email to the crime lab from HER PERSONAL email address stating the same thing.

She's been charged with forgery and false impersonation.
