Lafayette’s Covenant UMC (the Pumpkin Patch church) was the pickup point for supplies after the floods of 2016 here in Acadiana. This time, they're the designated facility to assemble UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief) flood buckets and hygiene kits to be distributed to communities needing Harvey disaster relief.

Here's how you can help. Every day from 7 AM – 7 PM, until further notice, volunteers will be collecting and assembling the kits. The items are pretty specific, as they know from experience what is needed and what fits in the buckets and bags, but all donations are welcome!
