Kent State’s Andre Parker Returns Fumble 58 Yards The Wrong Way [Video]

After watching this video, I'm still not sure who screwed up the most. Is it the player who picked up the fumble and returned it 58 yards in the wrong direction? OR, is the player who tackled him? You see, if Andre Parker would have returned it all the way for a touchdown,  Towson would have gotten a safety.
