Insane Inflatable 5k Preparation - Fit Life Challenge Pt. 1

The Insane Inflatable 5k is coming to Evangeline Downs on November 2nd! In preparation for it, myself and a few of my broadcast colleagues got together with the official trainer of the Insane Inflatable 5k, Coach Brian Broussard of Fit Life! Lemme tell ya, Coach Brian will get you ready in a GREAT way! Watch the part 1 video, and you'll see that if we can do it, anyone can!

One great thing about Coach Brian and Fit Life is that you'll be pushed to your limit in a fun and motivating environment. Also, you won't have to worry about a large number of people watching you work out like in some other gyms. It's a close and personal experience.
