Do you have an idea for the greatest thing since sliced bread? Or maybe you developed your idea, and now need help to make it a reality? You need to get inside "The Vault," a rapid fire idea pitch event being held at the LITE center on September 27, 2012.

The Vault is designed to reward people and their big ideas with a shot at the big time: an opportunity for funding and the expertise to bring their idea to market. “The Vault is a unique opportunity for inventors to connect with investment capital and fuel for the next stage of idea growth,” says InventureWorks Chief Idea Officer Pete Prados.

Developed by InventureWorks, the Lafayette-based idea-launching firm, The Vault is a continuance of the previous Vault event during INNOV8 in April where several inventors found initial funding and furtherance for their ideas. “The first Vault event was a great success” says Prados, “and this event on Sept. 27th at the LITE Center should be even better as more ideas and investors partner with us from around the region.”.

“For inventors, investors and anyone who dares to dream big, The Vault can potentially change lives - bringing new hope , jobs and wealth to Acadiana” says Prados. “Our recent acceptance into the United Inventors Association (UIAusa.org) will now open up new doors with some of the biggest retailers in the world including QVC, HSN, As Seen on TV and other big name companies that welcome new innovations. These open doors can be an amazing blessing to everyone we have the privilege to work with.”

Anyone interested in presenting their idea must contact InventureWorks at 337-205-8788 or visit the company’s website www. InventureWorks.com and clicking on “The Vault” for more information.
