Hurricane Irene Hits New York – Strange Animal Found In It’s Wake [Video]

Hurricane Irene wreaked havok along the East Coast this past weekend. Not only did the storm rack up billions in damages, but apparently has also killed/discovered a very strange animal on a beach in New York! Seriously, what IS THIS THING?!? Or, is it just a Dog?
