Dead NOLA Man Indicted On Murder Charge

You can't make this stuff up! NO, this is NOT an April Fool's joke. A New Orleans man was indicted for murder on the eve of his funeral. AP reports, Steven "Shaq" Burns, JR. had been dead for 10 days when the indictment was handed down by an Orleans Parish grand jury. The district attorney's office had reportedly not been informed of Burns' death. The 2nd degree murder charge was  connected to the killing of an informant in a  2011 drug case.
