Creepy Clown Motel Is For Sale

The Clown Motel, located in Tonopah, Nevada, was opened 22 years ago. The owner has put it up for sale. If you can squeeze out $900,000 it could be yours!

There's a catch, though. Whoever buys the motel has to keep the clowns! Owner Bob Perchetti promises to come back from time-to-time to visit the clowns.

Now, let's talk about the creepiness of this place. First off, the owner is going to come back to visit the clown??? Are they really alive, or something?

Inside of the rooms you'll find that each room is decorated with clown pictures, and even clowns dangling from the ceiling to give you nightmares when you wake up in the middle of the night.

When I first saw the sign, I thought it said it costs $3,950 plus tax to stay there. Which wouldn't make a whole lot of sense. Turns out, it's actually not all that expensive. It's only $39.50 a night plus tax to stay there.
