Couple Confirms Waiter Spit In Their Drink Through DNA Testing [VIDEO]

This is every restaurant customer's nightmare: to see that your server spit in your food or drink. This was just the case at a restaurant in Syracuse, New York.

Ken and Julie Yeardon complained that their broccoli wasn't fully cooked to the waiter, paid for the food, asked for a drink to go and left. When Ken got in the car, he noticed something wasn't right about his drink. He opened it to find a wad of spit in the cup.

He went back in to confront the server and the server denied spitting in the cup.

The Yeardon's then got the police involved and the waiter agreed to a DNA test. Months later, the DNA was a match. The server continued to deny the spitting.
