400 Pound Robber Freed Because Of Weight Issues – WTF

According to theweek.com, a 400 pound convicted robber was freed from prison because the line-up that the victims identified him in contained no other 'grossly overweight men.'

So, this guy did it. The judge knows he did it. And now he's back on the streets because there were no other grossly overweight people in the lineup?!?!?  WTF??

"A 400-pound convicted robber has been released from prison because a police lineup did not contain any obese people. Eric Kenley was convicted after being identified by victims. But an appeals court said the lack of "grossly overweight" men in the lineup violated Kenley’s rights, while conceding the difficulty of finding five other 400-pound men."
